Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods.

3. International Shipping

AUS Peptide Labs ships to select international destinations.
International Standard: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days.
International Express: Estimated delivery within 4-10 business days.
Customs and Import Duties:

International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import regulations of their destination country. AUS Peptide Labs is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, taxes, or confiscations that may occur. If a package is seized by customs, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

4. Packaging and Handling

All research peptides are carefully packaged to ensure their stability and integrity during transit. While lyophilized peptides are generally stable at room temperature for short periods, we recommend storing them according to the product specifications (e.g., -20°C or refrigerated) immediately upon receipt.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. 7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. AUS Peptide Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
